Should You Close Paid Off Credit Cards?
If you’ve been swimming in credit card debt for a while it’s tempting to close the card once it’s paid off. You may want to do this as a good riddance gesture, or you may just want to avoid the mistake of getting in debt again. If you’ve had your card a while, you shouldn’t close it. It looks good on your credit report.
